Trip to Carnival of Flowers

September bus trip was to the Carnival of Flowers in Toowoomba. Although it was an early start, it was a very busy day. Heading straight to Picnic Point for our morning tea. We then had a look at some of the private gardens. Lunch was at the Bowls Club, with an excellent selection of main meals. We then went to another park to see the layout there. I think the Queens Park was the best, but other areas are great. We were lucky to get a good trip home, but still didn’t get to Redcliffe until after 6pm. I’m sure that the thirty four members who went on this trip had an excellent day of it!
