We all had a great time, as usual possibly ate too much. We had great travelling in Coolum Tours & Travel Coach with Paul our driver/owner. Accommodation was very good and we saw lots of very interesting things. I think we all know how cotton grows after visiting 2 cotton farms, especially the very large Cubbie Station. There were lots and lots of cotton modules waiting to be process at the cotton gin. Each one weights 2.5 ton. Weather was also very good to us, and we had a v

31 of us set off on a very nice day for our trip up to Caloundra. We stopped for morning tea at a nice park in Landsborough before heading onto Pelican Waters for our cruise around Pumicestone Passage. We saw some big houses on the canals and all the work that had been done to shore up the northern end of Bribie Island. A lot of sand has been moved. We then enjoyed a very nice lunch at Pelican Waters Tavern before heading home. On the ferry and our lunch stop.
