On our June bus trip, we travelled through the back of the Blackall Ranges to the beautiful township of Kenilworth in the picturesque upper Mary Valley. We stopped for morning tea at Mary Caincross Park with views out over the Glasshouse Mountains Then drove through Maleny, out through Witta before making our way down the range to Kenilworth. It was a very scenic drive through the Sunshine Coast Hinterland. Our lunch was on the veranda of Kenilworth Hotel and was the perfect place to unwind. It has that country character and charm and offers traditional Australian country pub with friendly, relaxed atmosphere to enjoy a meal. After lunch there was time to check out the town and a lot of people purchased cheese etc from Kenilworth cheese factory. We then made our way out towards Eumundi onto the highway for our trip home. As always everybody had a great day.
